Berkley Home are recruiting for 5 Apprentices to work on site in Staines Upon Thames.
These are full time posts paying £11.50 per hour
Start Date – As soon as possible
| Formworker As an apprentice Formworker you will be required to work on site as detailed and be enrolled onto a modern apprenticeship which will involve attending a local training provider for the duration of the apprenticeship to complete 20% off the job training and when not in training will be working under supervision on site. The work is physical and requires individuals to be fit and robust to carry out manual work and learn to use hand and power tools as required. The work is often outdoors and ranges from concreting, footings, installing drainage, working around utilities and heavy plant to setting out and preparing site for work with general labour activities. The work is very rewarding and offers very good rates of pay with a full qualification at the end of the apprenticeship. It will open up other opportunities to develop within the construction industry such as plant operations, site supervision, site management and much more. |
Essential Requirements – Physically fit to carry out manual work using various hand and power tools. Be able to understand basic maths and English to communicate, work out, set up, measure and complete tasks to a satisfactory standard in line with scope of works.
