Agritech Bridge Programme: Meet the cohort
We are delighted to announce the 2023 cohort which you can view here on the Eagle Labs website. The programme kicks off with Codebase on the 13th September at our Eagle Lab Farm in Lincoln.
Sustainability Bridge Programme
Applications for startups closed on the 31st July – we have been blown away by the response with over 90 applications. We are now starting to work our way through interviewing those businesses and are really looking forward to unveiling the cohort on the website before we launch in October.

We are offering a follow on workshop on 7th September 12:00–14:00 BST for those who have registered for the webinar and would like put the content into action for their business. Places are extremely limited as we are offering tailored support. You will receive an invite after registering for the webinar.
What is a Carbon13 Entrepreneur-in-Residence Session?
Exclusive sessions will be hosted by Carbon13’s entrepreneurs in residence (EIR) who will support startups with teasing through a particular problem or business challenge.
- The EIRs will vary by session; ranging from individuals with commercial, technical or specific climate innovation experience – the EIRs will advise on their areas of expertise in advance.
- Upto 5 startups can book a space on each session.
- Sessions will also support peer to peer learning or experience sharing.
- Startups will be invited to submit a business problem/challenge in advance, time will be divided between startups to address the business challenge.

Eda is an ex-operator with nearly 15 years executive level experience across areas including strategy, growth marketing, pricing and product within subscription models as well as last mile logistics, turned angel investor and advisor in the last year to pursue a mission-driven career.
Most recently, Eda was the UK Head of Strategy and Head of Customer Retention globally at HelloFresh – leading VC backed scale up in the food tech space with a heavy focus on sustainability and a business model designed to minimise waste – as well as a member of their UK management board. Eda joined HelloFresh as an early employee back in 2015 after an MBA degree at MIT Sloan and former experiences as a Senior Project Manager at Amazon, founder of a water consumer brand as well as as COO of a leading Italian retailer.
After a few years with HelloFresh US as a Director of Last Mile Logistics, Eda shifted focus to product taking on the role of Global VP of Product in the Global Customer team and more recently Head of Customer retention globally as well as Head of Strategy for the UK market, where she also covered the local Sustainability strategy and was part of the LCA process at HelloFresh.
