Put Your Brand at the Heart of Surrey in 2027
Local businesses are being invited to become part of The Big Bear Stomp – an ambitious public art trail coming to Surrey in summer 2027 in support of Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.
Created as part of the Hospice’s 30th anniversary celebrations, The Big Bear Stomp will see a sleuth of 30 life-sized bear sculptures appearing across Surrey towns, parks and open spaces during July and August 2027.
Each of the bears will be individually brought to life through creative designs, creating a free, family-friendly trail for residents and visitors to discover.
A dedicated trail experience will help visitors find the sculptures and explore the locations around them, bringing together businesses, artists, schools, communities and visitors from across Surrey.
More Than an Art Trail
The Big Bear Stomp is designed to encourage people to explore Surrey, visit different locations and spend more time within local town centres and communities.
For participating businesses, it also presents an opportunity to place their brand in front of a broad and highly engaged local audience.
The project is being delivered as a Wild in Art event in support of Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.

Supporting Woking & Sam Beare Hospice
The project will also help raise vital funds and awareness for Woking & Sam Beare Hospice, which provides palliative and end-of-life care for people and families across North West Surrey.
Once the trail has finished, the large bear sculptures will take centre stage at a special auction, with funds raised supporting the work of the Hospice.
