Part of the Growth Hub’s Skills event series, which has grown from the results of our 2018 survey on scaling up, this event has been put together to help businesses overcome the barriers to growth that we have across the M3 region.

This session focuses on how approaches to skills are changing between workforce generations and looks at how to best consider the needs of employees at all stages to retain and develop the talent you have.
