Hannah Bernard – Head of Business Banking, Barclays
Hannah became Head of Business Banking for Barclays UK at the very start of the Coronavirus crisis (April 2020), leading a brilliant team of nearly 3,000 colleagues to provide urgent support to one million small and medium enterprises (SMEs) businesses throughout the pandemic.
Hannah joined Barclays in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Personal Banking before assuming a business role, running the Mortgages business for three years. She has previously held a range of leadership roles at Sainsbury’s and Sainsbury’s Bank, spanning Finance, Buying, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience. She spent seven years on the Board of Sainsbury’s Bank as CFO and then CEO. Hannah is also a qualified Management Accountant and a Chartered Banker.
Hao Thi Le Phan – Digital Marketing Manager, Quality Bearings Online Ltd.
Hao is a digital Marketing Manager at Quality Bearings Online. Quality Bearings Online are an ecommerce business that supplies and distributes precision bearings, engineering spares, oils, greases and lubricants.
As an export business Quality Bearings Online distribute to countries all over the world. Hao currently manage the E-Commerce website devising strategy and slowly digitalising different aspects of our working ways to drive more efficiency in our workforce.
Anna Sutton – Co-founder & CEO, The Data Shed
Anna’s career started with 15 years’ Marketing experience in agencies and businesses across a variety of sectors where she came up against a variety of data and insight challenges. For Anna, data & analysis is the beginning and end of every business decision. “Gut feel” has no real place in organisations, but getting the information you need to get by without it is often difficult.
Anna set up The Data Shed with her business partner to help other organisations optimise the data they hold. Integrating, cleaning and enhancing for trust and insight and then pushing out to appropriate analysis tools and supporting business change programs to give the decision makers access to data in a meaningful way. Data Democratisation is at the heart of everything The Data Shed do.
Adam Hildreth, CEO & Founder, Crisp
Adam Hildreth is CEO and founder of Crisp. Crisp is a Real-time Risk Intelligence that protects brands, assets and people from reputational damage, security threats and online harms.
Starting his first business at the age of 14, Adam became the youngest ever UK CEO by founding Dubit, a pioneering social media network, which became one of the most popular destinations for UK teenagers. Dubit was one of the earliest companies to implement online safety technology, which inspired his vision for Crisp.
Adam went on to work with the UK government to develop the first online child protection laws in 2005; he then left Dubit to set up Crisp. Since then, Crisp has worked alongside the UK Government to make sure legislation keeps up with changes in the online environment, most recently advising on the real-world challenges of implementing the recommendations within the Online Harms White Paper.
