Keynote Speaker:
Ogechi Nnamani – International Trade Development Liaison Officer, HMRC.
Ogechi Nnamani is an International Trade Development Liaison Officer (ITDLO) working for HMRC. The primary function of the ITDLOs is to raise awareness of new developments within Customs International Trade.

Ogechi is experienced in delivering presentations to external audiences on Customs change projects such as the Customs Declaration Service (CDS), EU Exit, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and the Union Customs Code (UCC).

To help resolve trade concerns on new customs operations Ogechi acts as a conduit between external customers and HMRC policy colleagues.
Ogechi comes from an HMRC Customs & International Trade Compliance background and has strong expertise in all key areas of customs management such as classification, valuation, origin and special procedures, this includes EU legislation and how it can impact on customers.

Ogechi will be providing a presentation on Navigating the CDS Tariff for Exports to give those attending an overview of the Tariff process to follow in order to make a customs declaration using CDS. This will help companies to understand what additional information they will need to retain and supply when moving to CDS.
