Is your business interested in AI but unsure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help professionals with little to no AI experience create their very own assistant. Learn to build a custom AI assistant to support your sales, customer service, or internal operations, all while gaining valuable insights into the world of AI. 
 

Please bring a laptop as this workshop will be interactive.

9:30 – 10:00: Coffee and Arrivals 

• Casual networking whilst people arrive and settle in, refreshments provided. 

10:00 – 10:15: Welcome and Introduction to the workshop 

• A quick welcome and overview of the workshop agenda 

10:15 – 10:30: Real world AI use cases for business 

• A look into some real-world, example use cases of AI assistants in action from INV Group 

10:30 – 11:00: The process and live build of a Surrey Chambers assistant 

• How to get started with an AI assistant, what’s the process? 
• Live build and demo of a Surrey Chambers AI assistant to show how it’s done 

11:00 – 11:10: Coffee Break 

• Casual networking during a quick break, refreshments provided 

11:10 – 13:10: Your turn – Build your own company assistant 

• Each attendee will be given access to their own instance of an AI assistant 
• We’ll break up into smaller groups, each group will have an INV Group employee on hand to help out 
• Have a go at building out your own assistant within your groups, be prepared to demo yours! 
• Finally, we’ll set each Group a fun task as we come to a close

• Next steps on how to get started with your own assistant and details on keeping the assistant you build in the workshop 
• Closing comments and questions
