Business Women in Surrey brings you great examples of mentoring best practice, with some additional input from the Surrey business School around reverse mentoring! Mentoring – the bringing together of a more experienced or more knowledgeable person (mentor) to help guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person (mentee). The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but must have a certain area of expertise.
