There will be no 1 min introductions or pressure of public speaking, so please don’t worry. It is a friendly and relaxed group.

• a Prize Draw (2 Free Tickets for our next networking event – for you and your guest),
• a local business showcasing their health and wellbeing products,
• and a service/mini treatments stand,
• relaxed, friendly group of like-minded people that will hold the space for you and uplift you if needed.

We aim to help create a community that supports not only each other’s businesses, but also their health and wellbeing in an uplifting environment.
