You will be making:
1. Batinjan Maa Al Rouman, grilled aubergine with pomegranate molasses and feta cheese.
2. Tagine, a Moroccan Lamb tagine with spices and dried fruits.
3. Couscous, steamed couscous with raisins, cinnamon, roasted tomatoes and rose water.
