Move through menopause

Places Leisure are excited to announce a new ‘Move Through Menopause’ course – a supportive, empowering 12-week journey designed specifically for women navigating the menopause transition. This carefully structured programme combines expert education and engaging physical activity in a safe, welcoming environment where you can connect with others experiencing the same stage of life.
The course last 12 weeks and will be held at the Eclipse Leisure Centre in Knowle Green in Staines from 6pm – 7.30pm on Mondays, starting 30 June. It costs £41.
