Facebook is free and a great tool for your business, but are you making the most of it?
Do you know the difference between a ‘profile’ and a ‘page’? Does your page have a URL? Is your profile picture correctly sized? Does it show your brand? Is your cover image correctly sized? Have you got text on it, perhaps a tagline, a call to action, a phone number?
Are you USING your page? You should be liking, commenting and sharing other business page posts from your own page – people will then see your business name appearing on their timelines. Did you know not everyone who likes your page will see your posts, Facebook decides who does, and the more interaction you get, the more people Facebook will show the posts to.
Have you tried pinning posts to the top of your page to attract more attention? Is your page Verified? Verified pages show up higher in search results, and it is quick to do!
