Is your bio brilliant? You have 160 characters – describe your business and services concisely. Get maximum exposure of your best tweet – pin it to your profile. Utilise your username – your handle is your unique identifier. Does it represent your business?
You can use Twitter to find people and turn them into customers – search by location or hashtag and start to engage with them.
