Go green at our free Climate Awareness event

Residents, community groups and businesses are invited to join us at our free, Climate Awareness event to discover practical ways to live and work more sustainably.
What’s on offer:
- Expert tips to cut your carbon footprint.
- Energy saving advice for home and work.
- Simple, practical ways to live sustainably.
- Inspiring ideas for greener living.
- Workshops and demonstrations and local business showcases.
Book onto any of these free workshops:
- 10am-11am: Plans with Purpose. Carbon literacy training.
- 11am-12pm: Energy Action Redhill and Reigate. Warmer, greener living: practical ideas to make your home cosier, greener and cheaper to run.
- 12pm-1pm: Surrey Wildlife Trust. Nature based solutions.
- 1pm-2pm: Bio Cubes. How climate, water and biodiversity are connected, with solutions which benefit all three.
- 2pm-3pm: Met Office. How climate change affects us.
This event is a chance to learn, share ideas and take away small changes which can make a big difference for a cleaner, greener district.
