The finalists for the 2025 Thames Valley SME Growth 100 have been revealed, spotlighting the region’s most dynamic and rapidly growing small and medium-sized enterprises.
Organised by The Business Magazine in association with Insider, the annual initiative recognises outstanding local businesses that have demonstrated significant growth, innovation, and a strong contribution to the Thames Valley economy.
The 2025 shortlist features a diverse range of SMEs across multiple sectors—each playing a vital role in the region’s continued economic strength and resilience.
Jo Whittle, operations director at The Business Magazine, said: “We’re proud to spotlight the businesses featured in this year’s SME Ranking. Throughout the judging process, we encountered an outstanding and diverse group of SMEs whose passion and dedication to their industries made the selection process incredibly tough. To be named a finalist among such strong competition is a real achievement.”
The ranking will be celebrated at an exclusive awards and networking evening later this month at Stanlake Park Wine Estate. Six coveted trophies will be presented, recognising excellence in growth, innovation and leadership.
Jo Whittle added: “A special thank you to our sponsors – Herrington Carmichael and Hicks Baker – for their ongoing and enthusiastic support of the programme, and to Moore Kingston Smith, who joined the programme this year.”
