Spelthorne Borough Council, The Apprenticeship & Skills Hub and The Spelthorne Jobs & Skills Hub are coming together to offer assistance for apprenticeship costs within Spelthorne.
The Apprenticeship & Skills Hub have over £5,000,000 pledged and a proportion of this is available to help fund SME’s for apprenticeship training within the Spelthorne Borough. We can support any and every sector, as long as there is an approved apprenticeship standard.
Did you know you can upskill and retrain your existing and new workforce using apprenticeships? Apprenticeship training can help to boost employee motivation by investing in their development. This could result in them becoming more passionate about their work. It would also help to improve employee retention and decrease labor turnover, as well as filling in skill gaps within your business.
