Introduction
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID19), the Government announced a new Local Authority Discretionary Grant Fund which is aimed at small and micro businesses with ongoing fixed property-related costs who were not eligible for the Small Business Grant Fund or the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Fund.
This scheme is aimed at business that:
have relatively high, ongoing and fixed property-related costs
can demonstrate that they have suffered a significant fall in income due to the COVID-19 crisis
