The Spelthorne Business Forum, in conjunction with Spelthorne Borough Councils Economic Development department are excited to bring you an incredible opportunity from Small Business Britain – the leading champion of the UK’s 6 million small businesses.

Small Business Britain are piloting a new, online-only Help To Grow: Management Programme provided by Oxford Brookes Business School and available thanks to special funding from Lloyds Bank.

What does it involve?

Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week, government-backed practical management training programme. Designed to help support small businesses learn new skills and boost confidence and profits.

Delivered by leading UK business schools and accredited to the Small Business Charter, it offers:

* 12-weeks of learning – designed to fit alongside work commitments.

* Helps to create a tailored business growth plan and maximise your businesses potential.

* 1:1 support from a business mentor.

* Learning and networking opportunities with peers and other businesses like yours.

To help more businesses take part, the special course will be fully online and Lloyds Bank is funding a limited number of places, as part of its commitment to help Britain’s small businesses prosper and thrive.

Am I eligible?

To be able to take part in this online-only pilot, you will need to have been running your small business for more than a year and employ at least five members of staff.
