A new Youth Hub & I Choose Local app launch in Spelthorne
The team at Spelthorne Council are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with I Choose Local that we will be launching in the New Year as part of the new Youth Hub service that launched in December 2021.
The Youth Hub service is being delivered in collaboration with a variety of local partners including A2 Dominion, Brooklands College & I Choose Local, a new local digital platform for young people to showcase their skills.
There is a wealth of skill and talent within the youth community and this service will help local businesses to connect with the right young person to fill their job vacancies.
This service is aimed at those businesses looking to hire local 16 -24 year old talent and the I Choose Local digital platform will enable local employers to find & recruit from this talented group of young people.
We will be holding an employers webinar on the 18th January to introduce the service and answer any questions local businesses may have about how we can support you to employ a local young person.
