New Yoga Sessions Launch at Ashford Tennis Club!

We’re excited to announce a brand new addition to the Ashford Tennis Club community, weekly yoga classes designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Led by a qualified yoga teacher with a passion for mindful movement and wellness, these sessions are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.

Expect a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere with a focus on moving your body, calming your mind, and finding a moment of stillness in the week.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing.
