The SBF Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 17th June at Pinewood Studios in Shepperton.
It was a great event and well attended with over 90 people from local businesses across Spelthorne and surrounding areas.
The SBF team were voted in for another year with the addition of new Board member Richard Meddelton joining the team. We also welcomed new team members Christabel Flaherty and Karen Porter who will be looking after the events and website to make sure everything runs smoothly!
Exciting announcements were the launch of the new look SBF.biz website and our new Wayfinder Business Directory. Instructions on how to claim your free account and build you profile will be posted soon so keep an eye out on our SBF updates!
All SBF members can now claim their FREE directory listing with exciting features including rating reviews, social media networking, deals and classified ads.
We were also joined by The Federation of Small Businesses who have subsidised memberships available as part of a package of support from Spelthorne Council.
There was a raffle in aid of the Mayors charities with prizes donated by Shepperton Studios.
Midas Plus were also there to sell ducks for the upcoming duck race at Staines Upon Thames Day.
