Spelthorne Arts Week Festival- Monday 7th – Sunday 13th May 2018.
The Spelthorne Arts Week Festival promotes Spelthorne as an exciting, artistic and cultural place in which to live, work and visit. We would like to invite you to be part of this exciting programme of events by organising your own event or sponsoring an event. A full colour programme highlighting all the events and activities taking place in the Borough during this week will be distributed in print and online. The programme will be available at various distribution points in the borough such as libraries, community centres and leisure centres as well as online at www.spelthorne.gov.uk.
Organising your own arts themed event
If you have your own venue, or regularly organise your own arts events then you can send us the details to be featured in the festival for free. To submit details of your event please fill out the attached form and return to Leisure Services.

Sponsor an event
You can sponsor an arts event for around £150-£350. This could be at your own location or at another within the borough, such as community centres, libraries, day centres, children’s centres etc. Your sponsorship will pay for the artist’s fees, materials and possible venue hire costs. In return for your sponsorship your business name or logo will be featured and credited in the programme.
