Staines Pancake Race

Get ready for the flippin’ funniest event of the year! Join us on Tuesday 13 February 2024, for the Staines Pancake Race, a sensational Fundraising Event that will have you battering your way to victory! This extraordinary extravaganza will take place in the heart of Staines, bringing together locals and businesses for a day of lighthearted competition and delicious treats. We’ll be raising money for Staines Shopmobility and Staines Rotary

The Staines Pancake Race offers a chance for local businesses to showcase their culinary skills and engage with the community. Whether you’re a retail business, restaurant or office, this is your opportunity to impress the town with your pancake-flipping prowess. So rally your team, dust off your aprons, and join us on February 13 to witness Staines’ most entertaining and delicious charity event. Together, let’s make a difference one pancake flip at a time!

Public Races from 10.30am with categories including Primary School age, Secondary School age and Community Groups (e.g. Brownies, Scouts etc). No need to pre-book just come down and join in the fun!

Business Races from 11.45am with categories including Retail, Food and Drink, Professional Services/Offices.
* 11.45am: Hospitality / Food and Drink businesses
* 12noon: Retail businesses
* 12.15pm: Professional Services & Offices
* 12.30pm: Charity Shops
* 12.45pm: General / Other businesses

All equipment is provided and entry is free though we recommend a £10 donation which goes to charity. You can donate when you sign up on donate on the day.

To enter the race you’ll need to be in a team of two so bring a friend, family member or colleague. You can enter more than one team if you have more people who want to take part.
